Sales Success Under Pressure - Far East
My Sales Success under Pressure presentation has been incredibly successful because it reaches right to the heart of what a sales person has to do to survive the tough times and perform at their optimum. I don't tell top sales people HOW to sell - that they can do!!, But rather how to cope with the PRESSURE - something I am an expert at.

Because of evolutionary forces, we compare “UP” 66% of the time to ensure we improve and grow, so to make sure you don’t feel deflated and low on energy, use gratitude to realise all the things you DO have – and remember “you can’t be unhappy and grateful at the same time”. So find ONE new thing to be grateful for every day, and after 30 days, it should be a habit that brings you loads of new energy!
Good planning and an aggressive mindset will take you a long way to achieving your goals – Sir Alex Ferguson loses the European cup to Barcelona and instead of moaning and complaining, he is immediately excited about the prospect of becoming a better team than Barcelona!
Change is constantly happening and in order to welcome it and embrace it, you have to keep on learning and improving – then you will want to show everyone how well you can meet all the new challenges.
In order to have the energy to learn more and keep pushing that aggressive mindset, you need to look after your energy source which is your BODY – so improve your exercise and eating habits, and also remember what triggers your anger, so you don’t overact and then spend loads of energy putting the problem right!
We all need the help of those around us, and your colleagues will deduce from your WORDS whether you are a team player or not, so use WE and US, not I and ME – and your words will permanently change the way you think and bring you loads of help from your team!
